This course is designed with significant input from the EMS Leadership Community from across the State of South Carolina. Utilizing this input the course was developed to serve as foundational leadership course to better prepare you for entry into EMS Leadership. Throughout this course you will be utilize many resources including, Research Articles, Composed Readings, and Short Videos/Lectures to learn material. You will then be applying these concepts through developmental assignments that help you apply these concepts to real world examples of EMS Leadership.

This course is offered completely online with Synchronous Virtual Discussions each week.
