This course equips EMS leaders with the strategies needed to transform traditional, "stoic" organizational environments into resilient, psychologically safe cultures. Participants will explore the principles of "Just Culture" to balance system accountability with individual behavior, while mastering structured mediation techniques for effective conflict resolution. Ultimately, leaders will learn to embrace cultural humility and human-centered management to combat burnout, improve retention, and foster an environment of continuous learning and high-quality patient care.
