SCEMSA Leadership II

This course builds on the principles learned in SCEMSA Leadership I. The course is designed for entry-level EMS leaders looking to further promote in their leadership roles. Topics covered will include Leadership Culture, EMS Logistics, Program Evaluation and Quality Improvement. As well as introductions to legal and legislative topics, budgeting, human resources, and strategic planning.

Description

All students will be required to be on camera for the weekly virtual sessions. 

This course builds on the principles learned in SCEMSA Leadership I. The course is designed for entry-level EMS leaders looking to further promote in their leadership roles. Topics covered will include Leadership Culture, EMS Logistics, Program Evaluation and Quality Improvement. As well as introductions to legal and legislative topics, budgeting, human resources, and strategic planning.  

Students should have already taken an introductory leadership course, preferably SCEMSA Leadership I. Students should have regular access to a computer, web camera, and high speed internet access.
