At the same time, there has been no other time in which resources have been so limited towards the acquisition of these components. This presentation will exam and identify those resources that educators can find and use at little or no cost.

SCEMSA Webinar Series -FREE for SCEMSA MEMBERS- This presentation will examine the impact of critical incident exposures and chronic career traumatic stress on the First Responder. Particular attention will be paid to the storage of traumatic memories and their effects on brain structures associated with critical incident processing. Implications of the Adaptive Information Processing model for treatment, resilience and coping will be discussed.
